'Stephanie Seaside'
is a small family housing estate consisting of one- or two-room apartments with air condition and stands at Drosia, Kypseli, directly on the beach, 12 km (about 7 miles) away from the town of Zakynthos. It's a new construction in the neoclassical style, and built by the sea. It offers a parking lot and a garden, which is an ideal place for kids. The surrounding area is very peaceful, green, and quite cool in summer with very clean seawater.

Apartments:
Stephanie Seaside offers two-room apartments. They consist of one bedroom with two single beds, a living room and a WC / shower. In the living room there are two studio couches and a kitchenette (fridge, stove). It's also possible for an addition of one more folding bed (for a child) with an extra charge of 10 Euros per night. The total area of each apartment is about 40 sq. m. and all the apartments have their own private veranda facing the sea.

Studios:
There are two types of studios at Stephanie Seaside.

Type 1 : One bedroom with two single beds, private wc / shower, wardrobe, fridge and a private veranda facing the sea. The total area of the studio is about 16 sq. m.

Type 2 : One bedroom with two single beds, private wc / shower, wardrobe, fridge, a small cooker and a private veranda facing the sea. It is possible for this type of studio to have a folding child's bed to be added with an extra charge of 10 Euros per night. The total area of the studio is about 20 sq. m.

Hospitality at Stephanie Seaside is a priority of the owners, and cleanliness is exemplary. Almost every day a housemaid will visit you for most essentials and every three days your bed sheets and towels will be changed.

Just beside the apartments there is a traditional fish taverna and a few meters away, there are three more restaurants, a pizzeria and a bar. Also, 700 meters away, you will find a bakery/confectionery, a petrol/gasoline station, a butcher, and a supermarket . Very close (100 meters) you can find a small fishing port, where you can safely leave your boat.
